Jazmin Collazo

DESIGNATED BROKER, VICE PRESIDENT

Jazmin Collazo is the Designated Broker and Vice President of Taylor Street Advisors. She is dedicated to supporting the advisors of the firm and is committed to being a direct, honest, and motivational leader. Most recently she was the Vice President of Client Relations for Taylor Street Advisors. She was responsible for the strategic management of senior-level client and agency partner relationships. She also assisted the Retail, Commercial and Residential Advisors with transaction management ensuring efficient and timely closings of deals. Jazmin came to Taylor Street as a Temporary Receptionist and became a permanent hire soon after. She has held multiple positions since then including Accounts and Leasing Manager, Property Manager and Assistant Vice President of Property Management. She held the Assistant Business Manager position during the pre-leasing stabilization and eventual sale of the $78 million luxury residential tower, CityScape Residences in downtown Phoenix. She diligently worked to build positive relationships with the residents as well as new prospects. Her career began in the hospitality industry and lasted over twenty years. Most of her career was spent with the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group in both the East and West Coasts. She held positions in the reservations, front office, group and catering sales departments. She was a part of the opening team at the Palomar Hotel in downtown Phoenix in 2012. Jazmin was born and raised in New York City and relocated her family to Phoenix in 2012. She currently holds an Arizona Designated Broker Real Estate License.

Yvonne Matejka

PARTNER, ASSOCIATE BROKER

Yvonne Matejka brings an invaluable grasp of the Phoenix and Scottsdale real estate market to Black Label at Taylor Street Advisors. A savvy and experienced negotiator, Top 1% Individual Volume in Maricopa County, she was nominated twice for Rookie of the Year in Arizona Business Journal, won 40 under 40 SAAR, won the Humanitarian of the Year Award, and has served on the Board of Women’s Council of Realtors for two years and counting. A trusted advisor throughout every step of a real estate transaction, Yvonne is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals with patience, diligence, and discretion.

When she’s not serving her clients in real estate, Yvonne enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dog, golfing, Djing, traveling, and hosting fundraisers. She organizes monthly charity events benefiting various local non-profits and devotes her time and resources to Foothills Animal Rescue, Habitat for Humanity, and Women’s Council of Realtors, to name a few. She is fluent in Czech and a member of Scottsdale Leadership Class XXXIV.

Marissa Martinez

REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

Marissa Martinez is a Real Estate Advisor at Taylor Street Advisors. Filled with determination and unbridled enthusiasm, Marissa has succeeded in becoming an agent that is known for putting her clients first. Marissa’s six years in the service industry have prepared her to provide white glove service to her real estate clients and customers. When she isn’t talking real estate, she enjoys taking her pup to the park or playing sand volleyball. Marissa values the trust of her clients and strives to exceed their expectations with her attention to detail and passion for real estate. Marissa moved to Phoenix, AZ from San Antonio, TX in 2021. She holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License.
